Janice has built her career at the intersection of strategy, operations and leadership development. A Toronto-based executive, she has spent more than 20 years helping organizations grow and helping leaders grow with them.

She is COO & Partner at Dotfusion, a digital agency with offices in Toronto and Phnom Penh that builds the websites and content platforms enterprise marketing teams run on. She leads operations, delivery excellence and strategic client relationships for organizations across commercial real estate, technology, manufacturing and large non-profits. She champions AI adoption across the business and oversees a delivery team that builds it into every client engagement.

Janice began in enterprise, holding leadership roles in sales, strategy and insights at Unilever, Wrigley, Nielsen and Flipp in Canada and Hong Kong.

She founded Verity LD to coach high performers and emerging executives. At AMA Toronto, she is VP, Leadership Excellence and Director of the Mentor Exchange program, which pairs seasoned marketers with C-level mentors. She believes most people are more powerful than they imagine, and she has made a practice of helping them see it.
