Sue is a Marketing & Communications executive and professor with 20+ years of experience driving commercial success across North America and the UK. Known as an authentic leader and connector, she currently serves as Executive Vice President of Marketing & Growth at global communications agency Citizen Relations.

Previously, Sue held key leadership roles at Intact Financial and RSA, steering award-winning national campaigns. Her earlier career includes marketing leadership at L’Oréal, Kraft Foods, and Accenture Song (formerly Brand Learning).

Dedicated to mentoring future leaders, Sue sits on the Institute of Canadian Agencies’ Talent Advisory Committee, serves as a Board Advisor for AMA Toronto and teaches Strategic Market Communications at York University’s Schulich School of Business (BComm, MBA, and MMKG). She holds an MBA from Schulich, an MA in Journalism from City St George's, University of London, and a BSc from Queen’s University. Sue is also the Founder of The Third Circle Club, a social network for Toronto’s leading women executives.
